The swimming pool is heated and has a security barrier and an alarm. It benefits from 120 m² of terrace in IPE as well as a poolhouse composed of a sheltered and fitted outdoor kitchen (BBQ, refrigerator, induction hob, dishwasher, etc.), a heated outdoor shower, outdoor furniture.
