The villa of approximately 140 M² has a floor where the parental suite is located and can accommodate up to 6 people maximum. It is ideally located on the heights of Santa Giulia, close to the beaches and directly on the road that leads to Bonifacio.
The villa is composed of a large air-conditioned, crossing and bright living room which opens onto the outdoor terraces and the swimming pool with a view of the sea in the background. The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven, oven convection, induction hob, nespresso machine, dishwasher. It has a laundry room equipped with a washing machine.
The villa is equipped with high speed wifi and a ping pong table.
Outside, parking spaces that can accommodate several vehicles, terraces for approximately 200 M² including deckchairs, outdoor lounges and dining table. A charcoal barbecue and a gas plancha are available.
A private parking space located by the sea will allow its occupants to park their car less than 20 meters from the seafront in a secure car park with digicode.
Finally, for GOLF lovers, the villa is 700 meters from a 9-hole golf course and the brand new equestrian center “A STAFFA”. It is still close to the boat rental companies located in Santa Giulia.
Finally, the city center of Porto Vecchio is less than 6 km from the villa directly accessible by a simple straight line, without crossroads or bends. Supermarkets are accessible within 600 m as well as restaurants and a supermarket open on Sundays is 4 km from the villa. Bonifacio is less than 20 km from the villa.
COMMON DESCRIPTIONS
The villa has a large living room of 60 M² with dining area, stone fireplace and access to the outdoor terraces through large bay windows. The living room provides access to the 2 bedrooms located on the ground floor and the master suite located upstairs by a staircase.
The living room communicates with a 12 M² fully equipped kitchen: fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, citrus press, etc...
The 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned and consist of:
- – Upstairs, a parental suite of approximately 35 M² with a 160 bed with dressing table, bathroom and WC opening onto a small terrace with sea view.

Very beautiful heated 8X4 swimming pool with a depth of 2.20 M is located in front of the living room and the landscaped terraces and gardens have deckchairs as well as a large table. Linen (excluding beach towels) is provided with the rental of our private villas.
